EFI Test Weights:
20ton (with additional 5,000 # optional)
- EFI has made the Test Lift as simple as possible and less time consuming for the Customer by fabricating a Single 20 Ton Test Weight that CAN be fitted for additional 5,000 #
- ALL required Rigging and Hardware for testing is INCLUDED.
- The 20 Ton Weight is manufactured using certified / calibrated scale. Certs available on request.
- 10k# of Test Weight can be added. (Additional truck req’d for deliver. Cannot exceed 47k# Total GVWR per FDOT regulations)
- Testing easily performed by lifting directly from the Delivery Truck, Certifying and returning the entire Test Weight back on the Trailer
1ton to 10ton Test Weight
- Weights are arranged in 2500# blocks. This allows weights to be offloaded/reloaded and hauled into a plant with a 3000# forklift
- We currently have 25,000# of weights that pin together in a reasonably simple fashion
- Weights are manufactured using certified / calibrated scale. Certs available on request
- 50,000# of weight is being planned. Rigging and assembly devices support this load condition
- Forklift with load option is being planned
